We can text you booking confirmations, reminders, and a heads-up when your dog is ready to go home. It's completely optional. Saying no doesn't change anything: you can still book and use every service we offer.

How to sign up: ask for our Text Message Sign-Up form at the front desk and check the optional box, or text JOIN to (760) 745-9900. We'll text back to confirm.

What we text about: booking confirmations and appointment reminders; a heads-up about 20 minutes before your dog's groom is done; reminders when a vaccine record is about to expire; and replies to questions you text us. We don't send marketing texts. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 5 per visit. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping or help: reply STOP to any text and we'll stop right away. Reply HELP, call (760) 745-9900, or email info@hotdiggitydogresort.com for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number stays private: we never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone for their own marketing. The only companies that see your number are the ones that deliver our messages for us.
