Daycare passes and L.E.E.P. Monthly

Save on daycare with a pass, or join L.E.E.P. Monthly for daily enrichment.

Come to daycare often? A pass saves you money. You can also join L.E.E.P. Monthly. L.E.E.P. gives your dog a 15-minute, one-on-one session each day they are here. It works their body and their brain.

Daycare passes

• A 10-day pass saves 5%. A 20-day pass saves 10%.
• There are passes for full days and for half days.
• Each daycare day uses one credit for that dog.
• Passes can't be refunded. They run out 90 days after you buy them.

Buy a pass

1. Log in. Press Passes & memberships in the menu.

   

2. Find the pass you want.
3. Under For, pick your dog. The price for that dog shows next to the name.

   

4. Press Buy pass.

   

5. A safe card page opens. Type your card and pay.
6. Your pass shows under What you have. It says how many days are left.
   Tip: It says "(add weight first)" next to your dog? Add your dog's weight on the dog's page. The price depends on it.
   Tip: See "Online payment isn't set up yet"? Buy your pass at the front desk, or call us.

Join L.E.E.P. Monthly

L.E.E.P. Monthly is $50 a month. It renews on its own each month until you cancel.

1. On Passes & memberships, find Memberships.
2. Under For, pick your dog.
3. Read the Automatic renewal terms. They say what you pay and when.

   

4. Check I agree to the automatic monthly renewal and charges described above.

   

5. Press Join: $50.00 a month until you cancel.

   

6. A safe card page opens. Type your card and pay.
   Good to know: Your card is charged today. Then it is charged again every month on the same date. There is no minimum time. You can cancel anytime.
   Good to know: Canceling stops all future charges. The month you already paid is not refunded.
   Good to know: Once a year, we email you a reminder of the terms. The law asks us to.

Cancel L.E.E.P. Monthly

1. Log in. Press Passes & memberships.
2. Find your membership under What you have.
3. Press Cancel.
4. You see "Your membership is canceled. No further charges."
   Tip: You can also cancel by calling us.

Set up auto-pay

Were you a L.E.E.P. member before we switched systems? You may need to set up auto-pay.

1. On Passes & memberships, look under What you have.
2. If you see Set up monthly auto-pay, read the terms.
3. Check the I agree box.
4. Press Set up monthly auto-pay. Then add your card.
5. Your card is not charged until the month you already paid runs out. The page tells you the date.

Little Digs (dogs under 30 lbs)

Unlimited daycare, full or half days, for 30 days: $440. One pass is for one dog.

Discounts

One discount per visit. If more than one could apply (military or first responder, a promo code, or your dog's birthday week at 10% off), you get the biggest one.
